What we collect
Account details (name, email), practice session transcripts and scores, device preferences (microphone selection), and optional marketing preferences you choose at signup or in Settings.
How we use it
To run your account, score practice calls, improve the product, and — only if you opt in — send product tips and marketing emails. Transactional emails (verification, password reset, weekly reports you enable) are sent as part of the service.
Voice & AI
Live practice calls may be processed by our voice AI provider (ElevenLabs) to generate the prospect conversation. Do not share sensitive personal data about real customers during practice.
Your choices
You can update marketing preferences in Settings, export your data from Profile, or delete your account. Deleting your account removes your profile and practice history from our systems.
